Pabst Brewery Redevelopment

Milwaukee, WI

Building Components: When Triad Construction took on the job, work was already underway on Building 14 and 15. With Cardinal Stritch University set to inhabit the space, it was essential the project be completed within the five-week deadline rather than the estimated 12 weeks for a project of this size and scope. Crews set to work completing the common areas in Building 14 and adding a penthouse. In Building 15, crews dug out the old structural foundations and inserted an up-to-date support system meeting present day building codes and safety regulations. Triad Construction completed the project within the specified deadline.

Project Scope: Tenant build-out and historical renovation

Role: General contractor

Self-Performed Work: Demolition, concrete, and carpentry
